Shipping Information



We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. 
We will ship items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated using the rate, weight and location formula provided by UPS.

RETURN POLICY
You will be satisfied at the quality the manufacturer's builds into each product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, please give us a call at 1-866-808-1665 or email us at support@bestmoreclocks.com within (10) business days from receipt of your purchase, and provide us with a brief description of the reason for your return.  If

REFUND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Item to be returned in un-used and in resalable condition.
2. Item to be returned in original packaging/shipping container or equal or better quality as received otherwise a restocking fee would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
3. Item to be returned must not have been personalized.
4. The customer is responsible for return packing/shipping charges and must insure the item for the full purchase price.
5. Please include contact details such as: your name, address, telephone, email address and invoice number so we can process your return quickly; and we are able to contact you if we have further questions.
6. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED ITEMS
For any damaged item received, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to set up an exchange. Please call 1-866-808-1665 prior to any returns to obtain return instructions.
